As you walk though the big wooden doors you are showered with sun light from the out side.When your eyes adjust to the bright lihgt in the room you see that the room is wide open to see the view of Seireitei. Everything in this room is made of wood even the large desk where the Captain-Commander do Paper work. Not many people are alowed in this room with out proper paper work first
The assembly halls where the captains gather for their meeting and a hall set aside for lieutenants' meeting.
